A Different Approach to Physical Therapy
Welcome to Ridgeline
Ridgeline was built around a simple belief: you shouldn’t have to stop moving.
It's how we connect with our communities, explore the outdoors, manage stress, build confidence, and experience life.
Our goal is to help you continue doing the things that make you feel like yourself, for years to come.
Why Ridgeline Exists
After years of working with athletes and active adults of all ages, I realized the biggest goal wasn't simply helping people recover from injury, it was helping them keep living the lives they loved.
Too often, people are told to stop doing the activities that matter most to them. At Ridgeline, we believe there's almost always another option. Through education, thoughtful movement, and individualized care, our goal is to help you stay active while your body heals and grows stronger.

Why We Do Things Differently
Every person arrives with a different story, different goals, and a different version of what success looks like.
That's why we don't believe in cookie-cutter plans of care or telling people to stop doing the things they love whenever possible.
Every body, every goal, and every recovery journey is different. We take the time to understand your unique story and build a plan of care that reflects your lifestyle, movement goals, and what matters most to you.
Individualized Care
Movement is about more than exercise, it's how we connect with our communities, explore the outdoors, care for our health, and do the things we love. Whether you're training for your next race, preparing for birth, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to move more confidently, our goal is to help you stay active long-term.
Performance + Lifestyle Focused
We believe the best outcomes come from working together. Through education, open communication, and collaborative decision-making, we'll help you understand your body and build the confidence to continue moving well beyond your visits and work with us.
