Massage Therapy

Massage therapy for people who want to keep doing what they love.

Whether you’re training hard, recovering from injury, spending long hours at a desk, or simply feeling disconnected from your body, massage therapy at Ridgeline is designed to help you move and feel better in your everyday life. Jake combines hands-on bodywork with mobility-focused care to support recovery, improve movement quality, and help you build a stronger foundation.

What Sessions Look Like

Overall Approach

Each session begins with a conversation about how you’re feeling, what your goals are, and what your body has been experiencing recently. This could be training, stress, injury history, or day-to-day tension. Massage work is tailored to your needs and may incorporate deep tissue massage, sports massage, assisted stretching, and mobility-focused work.

Movement + Recovery.

Massage sessions at Ridgeline are designed to support the way you move in everyday life. Jake integrates his background in strength coaching and functional movement to help clients improve body awareness and overall physical resilience, not just provide temporary relief.

Personalized Care.

No two bodies or massage sessions are the same. Some clients are looking for focused recovery from training and activity, while others need support managing stress, chronic tension, or the physical demands of work and life. Sessions are collaborative and adaptable, always centered around helping you feel your best both during and after.

Years ago, I attended a fitness retreat in Costa Rica, which set me on a path to
truly understand what health looks like. Since then, I've studied functional strength, massage therapy, mobility, and other modalities. My life thesis statement is,
happiness is doing hard things outdoors with your friends. My goal is to help
others optimize their movement to create their strongest self.
