What to Expect at Ridgeline

Every person walks through our doors with a different story.
We're here to listen first, understand your goals, and build a plan that fits your life.

Whether you're coming in for physical therapy, pelvic health, massage therapy, or movement support, our goal is the same:
to provide individualized care that helps you move well, stay active, and feel confident in your body.

It’s All About the Process

First, we listen.

Every person who walks through our doors has a unique story, and that's where we begin.

Your initial visit takes place in a private, comfortable space where you'll have dedicated time to share your concerns, goals, and experiences. We want to understand more than just where something hurts. We'll also discuss your lifestyle, training, stress, sleep, and other factors that may be influencing how you feel and move.

The better we understand you as a whole person, the better we can tailor your care.

Then, we assess.

Next, we'll complete a comprehensive movement assessment based on your concerns, health history, and goals. Whether you're preparing for birth, recovering from an injury, training for an event, or looking to move with greater confidence, your assessment is tailored to the activities that matter most to you.

We'll identify movement limitations, establish objective measures to track progress, and use those findings to guide an individualized treatment plan designed specifically for you.

Finally, we build.

Together, we'll create a plan that fits your body, your lifestyle, and your goals.

Whether we're building strength, confidence, mobility, resilience, or simply helping you feel more comfortable in your body, our focus is always on helping you move forward, not just recover from pain.

Our goal is for you to leave Ridgeline feeling stronger, more capable, and better equipped to continue doing the things you love.

Care that fits your life.

We know every person's goals look different. Whether you're training for your next race, preparing for birth, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to move with more confidence, your care is designed around your body, your lifestyle, and your version of success.

Because no two people move the same, no two plans of care should be the same either.
